Delivery Area: Lebanon only
Estimated Delivery Time: 48–72 hours
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery.
Once accepted, the product is considered received in good condition unless reported within 24 hours.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery provided:
• The product is unused
• The product is in original packaging
• The product is in resalable condition
Faulty products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

• Offer an alternative solution if replacement is unavailable
Refunds are not offered except where replacement is not possible.
This policy does not affect your rights under Lebanese consumer protection laws.
