1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver across Lebanon only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

All orders are delivered through our own courier service to ensure safe and secure handling of products.

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery time is 48–72 hours from order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

Customer location

Traffic conditions

Weather conditions

Public holidays

Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

Delivery fees (if applicable) will be communicated during order confirmation.

We may offer free delivery promotions at our discretion.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

Customers must ensure the exact amount is available at the time of delivery.

Failure to accept delivery without valid reason may result in restriction from placing future orders.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their products at the time of delivery.

If there is visible damage or an issue, it must be reported immediately to the courier or within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Once the product is accepted, it is considered delivered in good condition unless otherwise reported within 24 hours.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If:

The address is incorrect

The phone number is unreachable

The customer is unavailable

Delivery may be delayed or canceled.

Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery and acceptance of the product.
