1. Return Period
We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused
• In original packaging
• In resalable condition
• With proof of purchase
Returns must be requested before sending any item back.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is:
• Defective
• Damaged
• Incorrect
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Once verified, we will:
• Replace the item, or
• Offer a suitable solution if replacement is unavailable
We cover shipping costs for verified faulty products.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days if:
• The product is unused
• Packaging is intact
• The item is in resalable condition
Exchange is subject to stock availability.
If the new item is higher in price, the difference must be paid.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Used or opened products
• Software or activated licenses
• Custom or special-order items
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
6. Refunds
As we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds are generally not provided.
Refunds may only be issued if:
• A replacement is not available
• The item is confirmed defective
• Required by applicable Lebanese consumer protection laws
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
7. Inspection & Condition
Products must be inspected at the time of delivery.
Once accepted, the product is considered delivered in good condition unless reported within 24 hours.
